Shipping Information

We process orders Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays. Orders are shipped GROUND, direct from the
manufacturer via UPS/FedEx. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery (special order items may require
additional time). Orders that contain multiple items may ship separately.

We're sorry, we are unable to offer express shipping.

International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping
We're sorry, we ship ONLY within the continental U.S. Also, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

A Note From Our Manufacturers
Please inspect all cartons, shipments, and packing lists carefully immediately upon receipt. Shipping
discrepancies, shortages, or invoicing errors must be reported by emailing us at: info@theprissypooch.com.
Please contact us immediately as we must contact the manufacturers within 3 business days of shipment receipt.
Adjustments will be considered only if reported within that time.
